Sub Events
Musical Theatre:
Students showcase their theatrical talent while incorporating Ladishah, a traditional Kashmiri form of storytelling. They prepare a 20 minute musical which is an amalgamation of music, dance and drama.
Songwriting Competition:
Students who aspire to work in the fashion industry are welcomed to take part and create a collection of designs, portray their modern take of Kashmiri Choga and so on.
Harmony in Motion:
The students create performances that highlight both contrast and harmony. They will individually showcase their originality through choreography, costumes reflecting both styles, and either live or pre-recorded music. This is a Fusion Dance Face-Off challenge where teams have to blend the Hafiza Dance with another dance form of their choice.
Twist the Track:
The event is designed to test dancers’ adaptability, spontaneity, and creativity by challenging them to perform unexpected tracks, helping the participants develop improvisational skills. It will be structured in the form of a Dance Roulette, where participants must freestyle and adapt to a shuffled playlist of unexpected genres.
