Ambrosia 1: The Design Edit
Theme: Art & Designing
Dates: 2nd June-8th June 2025
The Design Edit, an inspiring design and composition event! Immerse yourself in a week-long exploration of Traditional Illustrations, Fashion Design and Interior Design. Refine your craft while involving aspects of Kashmiri culture. Compete, create, and collaborate with talented young designers, visionaries, and future leaders from different schools.

Traditional Illustrations:
Students will work on a different theme, such as Kashmiri handicrafts, traditions, festivals, architecture, and so on, which will be showcased in the retreat end show. Moreover, students will get a chance to learn from each other on a day-to-day basis.

Fashion Designing:
Students who aspire to work in the fashion industry are welcomed to take part and create a collection of designs, portray their modern take of Kashmiri Choga and so on.

Interior Designing:
This competition invites participants to design eco-friendly living spaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Using green materials and energy-efficient solutions, participants will create innovative interiors that promote sustainable living.
Ambrosia 2: Pixel & Plot
Theme: Cinematic
Dates: 12th June-18th June 2025
Step into a week-long exploration of photography, filmmaking, and storyboarding, where every frame tells a story. Capture the essence of visual storytelling while drawing inspiration from Kashmiri culture and heritage. Refine your craft, compete, and collaborate with talented filmmakers, photographers, and storytellers.

Film Making:
The students will embark on an immersive tour through places in Kashmir, where they will have the opportunity to document their experiences and observations by creating a short film from their own unique perspectives. This hands-on activity encourages them to engage with the environment, understand the local culture, and capture the essence of rural life through their lenses.

Photography:
The students will be taken out to interact with different aspects of Kashmiri Culture & Nature. They will photograph various elements of the scenery & society. This will be an event where students participate individually. Entries are judged based on originality, creativity, composition, technical excellence, and storytelling impact.

Storyboarding & Digital Illustration:
Unleash your imagination and bring stories to life at the Storyboard Competition & Digital Illustration! The Storyboarding Competition challenges participants to create a dynamic sequence of illustrations that effectively tell a story, whether it’s a short film concept, an advertisement, an animation, or a video game cutscene. The Digital Illustration challenges participants to create a creative illustration using digital tools & their imagination.
Ambrosia 3: Symphony of Stars
Dates: 20th June-26th June 2025

Musical Theatre:
Students showcase their theatrical talent while incorporating Ladishah, a traditional Kashmiri form of storytelling. They prepare a 20 minute musical which is an amalgamation of music, dance and drama.

Songwriting:
This event celebrates musical creativity and lyrical expression, challenging students to enhance selected songs with personal interpretations that maintain the original’s essence and style.

Dance:
The event is designed to test dancers’ adaptability, spontaneity, and creativity by challenging them to perform unexpected tracks, helping the participants develop improvisational skills. It will be structured in the form of a Dance Roulette, where participants must freestyle and adapt to a shuffled playlist of unexpected genres.
Ambrosia 4: Form & Flora
Dates: 28th June-4th June 2025
Embark on a week-long creative exploration of jewelry design, architecture, landscape design, and floral artistry. Hone your skills while drawing inspiration from Kashmiri aesthetics, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage. Showcase your designs and collaborate with talented young creators, visionaries, and future innovators.

Jewellery Designing:
A jewellery designing competition where students design a collection based on themes such as Kashmiri crafts, Mughal influence, embroidery and so on.

Landscape Designing:
This competition aims to generate innovative and sustainable landscape designs for various projects, including parks, gardens, urban spaces, and ecological restoration. The goal is to appease the hypothetical clients’ needs & seek to implement specific landscape designs created by students.

Architecture:
The competition aims to drive innovation, showcasing talent, and addressing specific design challenges. Students foster conceptual exploration, identify emerging architects, and promote public engagement, ultimately advancing the profession by setting standards and encouraging best practices under the theme of Traditional Kashmiri Architecture.
